Rookie wide receiver Cedric Tillman had his best game in Denver, catching four passes for 55 yards.
Tillman and Dorian Thompson-Robinson were high school teammates, and the two got plenty of chances to build on their previous chemistry during training camp and the preseason, the story said. Tillman’s ascent is perhaps the most important development the receiving corps has seen in weeks, the story added. With DTR in doubt for this week because of a concussion, the story wondered if Tillman can continue his upswing with a new QB possibly playing this week. Tillman's five targets were a season high as well as the four catches and 55 yards. He's likely on your wire in typical leagues and may be worth a look if you're aiming to add to the position for the stretch run. However, quarterback play will likely be a big issue with Tillman and all the Brown WRs going forward.

Peoples-Jones is just 24 but one can argue moves to a team with a more crowded receiver room than the one he came from. DPJ was the Browns WR3 but hasn't had nearly the impact he had in 2022. It would be tough to see DPJ having that impact on the Lions, however, one can argue there isn't much consistency behind St. Brown. DPJ will at least bring some size to the Lions and could possibly carve out a role in the red zone. As far as Cleveland goes, it could mean the rookie Tillman or Goodwin eventually see more snaps as the team's WR3.

Cooper is still a game time decision, but was in pain this morning. If Cooper can't go, Moore and Peoples-Jones would likely suck up a bunch of the targets from the WR spot. The rookie Tillman could also get more involved, as could TE Njoku.
