The Texans are signing TE Dalton Schultz to a one-year deal worth up to $9 million. Schultz has 198 catches and 17 TDs over the past three seasons in Dallas. He’s still only 26.

Fantasy Impact:

So Schultz will remain in Texas and provide another option for the future 2nd-overall pick. The Texans have had intriguing names at the position over the years but never one that has consistently produced for fantasy. Hopefully Schultz changes that.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott and TE Dalton Schultz are both inactive for Sunday night against the Eagles. Prescott could return next week against the Lions. Schultz seemed to have a setback with his knee as he wasn't warming up with the starters.

Cowboys TE Dalton Schultz didn't wear a brace over his right knee in practice this week. Seemed to be moving around better, too. He carries no game-status designation for Sunday's game at the Eagles.

Fantasy Impact:

Schultz kicked off the year on the right foot, emerging from Week 1 as fantasy's TE10. Sadly, Cooper Rush ranks 29th/32 in TE Target% (14.5%), so it may be best to wait for Dak Prescott to return before we rush Schultz back into our lineups.

Cowboys TE Dalton Schultz reaggravated his sprained PCL in the win over the Rams, per source.

Fantasy Impact:

The good news is there is no new injury or damage, according to the tweet. It went on to say as long as he makes it through the week OK, Schultz should be good to go Sunday night against the Eagles in a huge NFC East showdown.
