Week 12 vs Washington

Hopefully, this dry spell that DK Metcalf is on is short-lived. He hasn't scored or hit 40 yards in the two games since the Seahawks' bye. This is the week Metcalf turns it around. Washington is fifth-worst in passing yards allowed per game. Seattle really needs their Superman now with the season basically on the line on Monday night.

Week 11 vs Cardinals

Turns out Green Bay is pretty good on defense. Last week was only the third time this season DK Metcalf was held out of the end zone and he suffered through a season-low 26 yards on three catches. This week, he gets Arizona, a team that shut him down the last two seasons, though Patrick Peterson is now in Minnesota. Seattle has to look better than they did last week. In fact, it's almost now or never for the Seahawks. And this is where Metcalf usually shines. He's a top-10 option this week in what's a huge game for Seattle.

Week 10 vs Packers

DK Metcalf did just fine without Russell Wilson, catching 14 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns in the three games Geno Smith started. But Wilson is back, which means Metcalf is bound to be his usual explosive self. He's back as a top-10 option at the position.

Week 8 vs Jaguars

It's a good thing DK Metcalf had that 84-yard touchdown, because he was absolutely quiet beyond that. He had just one catch for 12 yards besides the 84-yard score. He should bounce back against the Jaguars. It's weird to talk about Metcalf as a WR2, but the limitations of the offense have really shown over the last two weeks. Metcalf is likely really hoping Russell Wilson will be back sooner rather than later.

Week 7 vs Saints

DK Metcalf has consistently posted between four and six catches all season long. He's pretty much matchup-proof at this point, but Sunday showed this offense will take a hit until Russell Wilson gets back. Regardless, Metcalf is still a WR2 this week against the Saints on Monday night.

Week 6 vs Steelers

Ho hum, another strong fantasy day for DK Metcalf. 98 yards and two touchdowns against the Rams. That's three straight games with a touchdown. His value obviously takes a hit with Geno Smith in at quarterback, but it's still DK Metcalf we're talking about. He's a top-15 WR this week in primetime against the Steelers.

SEA WR DK Metcalf - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs Rams

Three touchdowns in four games for Metcalf. Leading the way again in targets. There's really not much else to say when it comes to Metcalf...except he gets his old friend Jalen Ramsey this week. But if Metcalf can have a day as he did in playoffs (5/96/2), then fantasy owners will be extremely happy. This is always a matchup worth watching and Thursday should be no different. Metcalf is still a starting wide receiver, but this is always a battle that can go either way.
