Scouting report

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 17, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 17 vs. Lions
Eddie Lacy continued his strong finish to this season by rushing for another 99 yards and his ninth touchdown on 17 carries last week. He's had at least 97 yards rushing in four of the five games he's gotten 15 or more carries this season. With Aaron Rodgers hurting and weather conditions in Green Bay expected to be cold and snowy, look for the Packers to lean on their big back. Detroit limited him to 36 yards on 11 carries early in the season but he seems to be somewhat unstoppable at this point. Lacy is a strong start this week.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 16, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 16 vs. Bucs
Eddie Lacy continued his strong finish to this season, gaining 97 yards and a touchdown of 15 carries and catching two passes for 11 yards. He's scored in five of the past six games and should have a strong chance of doing so again this week against a Tampa Bay defense that has allowed 10 rushing TDs to opposing backs this season and will be without Gerald McCoy. Lacy's a very good start.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 15, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 15 vs. Bills
Eddie Lacy was cruising along last week with another strong game - 73 yards rushing and a TD, five catches for 33 yards and a score - until a hip injury sidelined him. He's been limited in practice this week so check his status on Friday. This could be a gametime decision. Despite allowing three TDs last week at Denver, Buffalo has given up just seven TDs to opposing running backs rushing this season. Lacy is a low-end No. 1 start this week - if he plays.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 14 vs. Falcons
After a very slow start, Eddie Lacy has been rediscovered in the Green Bay offense just in time for the fantasy playoffs. He got 21 carries last week and responded with another solid effort, gaining 98 yards rushing. He also added a pair of catches for 17 yards. Atlanta has given up 14 rushing touchdowns this season to running backs and Lacy's a good bet to increase that number this week. He's a very solid start.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 13 vs. New England
A season-high 25 carries last week resulted in 125 yards and a touchdown for Eddie Lacy last week. He also scored a receiving touchdown for the third consecutive game. With his recent addition to Green Bay's passing game, Lacy has returned to being a solid No. 1 fantasy back. He should be a solid start this week.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 12 vs. Vikings
Eddie Lacy rolled up 69 yards and a touchdown on just 10 carries last week, adding three receptions for 45 yards and another score against the Eagles. He's been productive despite limited touches. But that can just as easily go the other way when you're only getting 15 or so touches per game. He had his only 100-yard game of this season and scored two touchdowns in the first meeting with the Vikings, so he should be solid, but because of the limited touches, he has to be looked at as a low-end No. 1 back.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Eddie Lacy Week 11 vs. Eagles
Lacy got just 14 carries - again - for 50 yards but also had three receptions for 68 yards and his first career receiving touchdown. He's been a little frustrating as a runner this season, not getting more than 17 carries in any game, but he's caught 11 passes for 191 yards the past two games. You might not always be able to count on that, however. But this game should be a track meet and Lacy will get his. He's a decent start as a low-end No. 1 this week.
