Scouting report

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 – Garrett Graham vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
Garrett Graham was shutout last week in the home loss to the Colts. He has only one catch the past two games and 10 total on the season. The Texans offense has been pretty conservative this season, so there has to be a better fantasy TE option out there.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 – Garrett Graham vs. Indianapolis Colts
Garrett Graham finished the game at Dallas last week with just a three-yard reception. Fellow TE Ryan Griffin had only an eight-yard catch, as most of Ryan Fitzpatrick’s 25 pass attempts went to his WRs in the loss. Indianapolis is 16th versus the pass, but there’s really no reason to start Graham on Thursday.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 5, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 – Garrett Graham vs. Dallas Cowboys
Even with Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing for 268 yards in the win over Buffalo last week, Garrett Graham totaled only 28 yards on three receptions. Graham has just nine catches for 95 yards in the three games he’s played in, so there has to be a better option for you at TE.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 4, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 – Garrett Graham vs. Buffalo Bills
Ryan Fitzpatrick came Garrett Graham’s way six times last week in the loss to the Giants, resulting in five grabs for 41 yards. Graham has only 67 yards in the two games he’s played in this season, so there has to be a better fantasy option at TE, even with several teams on bye.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 3, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 – Garrett Graham vs. New York Giants
After missing the opener, Garrett Graham caught a 26-yard pass last week in Oakland. That was the only pass thrown to a TE by Ryan Fitzpatrick. Unless the Texans are forced to throw the ball more, keep Graham on your bench.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 2, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 – Garrett Graham vs. Oakland Raiders
With Garrett Graham out of last week’s action due to a sore back, the Houston TEs only saw three looks. Even if Graham is able to play in Oakland there just isn’t enough Ryan Fitzpatrick passes to warrant a fantasy start. Despite a good matchup, look elsewhere for your TE.

HOU TE Garrett Graham - Week 1, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 – Garrett Graham vs. Washington Redskins
After Owen Daniels got injured last season, Garrett Graham stepped in and posted decent numbers, finishing with 49 receptions for 545 yards and five scores. With Daniels gone, Graham will get the starting nod, but Ryan Griffin and rookie C.J. Fiedorowicz will also see playing time. The Redskins struggled with opposing TEs last season, but there’s no reason to even consider starting any Houston TE.
