DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Baltimore Ravens
With an 86% snap share and a route run on 76% of Denver's passing plays, we hope Greg Dulcich got in enough cardio on Sunday to keep him entertained because the Broncos' offense is a tough watch these days, and Dulcich is feeling the effects in the box score. Even on that playing time, Dulcich only saw three targets, catching two of them for 11 scoreless yards. Most tight ends in Dulcich's range are touchdown-dependent, which is a big problem because the Broncos don't really score touchdowns and currently sit dead last in the NFL with 14.3 points per game. As much as Dulcich's underlying usage looks tempting for fantasy, he is nothing more than a desperation start at this point.

DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Carolina Panthers
Greg Dulcich's usage continues to be strong, particularly for a rookie tight end, but the Broncos simply do not produce much statistically on the offensive side of the ball. This lack of production trickles down to every position, including Dulcich as the starting tight end. Despite playing the vast majority of snaps and running a ton of routes the last two weeks, Dulcich has only managed lines of 1-11-0 and 3-40-0 as he deals with a declining Russell Wilson and negligent coaching staff. Dulcich is on the field so much he has to be given TE1 consideration, but he is largely touchdown-dependent in an offense that struggles to score touchdowns. Dulcich is a borderline starter in Week 12 against the Panthers.

DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Greg Dulcich flopped as a fantasy asset in Week 10 when he only registered one catch on four targets for 11 yards. That being said, Dulcich played 86% of Denver's offensive snaps and ran a route on 71% of passing plays. That sort of usage will lead to bigger games in the future, and one of Dulcich's targets in Week 10 was arguably an overthrow by Russell Wilson on what could have been a touchdown. The Denver offense has been dreadful this year, but now they get to face off with a Raiders defense that struggles to contain pretty much every position on the field, including tight end. It might be tough to stomach Dulcich coming off such a slow game last week, but his underlying metrics are promising and he is worth a shot as a streamer in a good matchup this week.

DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Tennessee Titans
Greg Dulcich will emerge from the bye week looking to maintain his sudden stranglehold on the TE usage in Denver. The rookie had ramped up to an 80% snap share before the bye, and now gets to face a Titans defense that has been mediocre at best at defending opposing TEs. The Broncos' offensive struggles and Russell Wilson's inconsistent play make all of the Denver skill players risky fantasy starts in a given week, but Dulcich is getting clear TE1 usage and is worth a state in Week 10 at fantasy's shallowest position.

DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (London)
Greg Dulcich has seized the lead tight end role in Denver since returning from injury with 12 targets and eight receptions in his two games played. Dulcich has finished as a weekly TE1 in both those games, but will now travel to London to take on the Jaguars who have been tough on opposing tight ends this year. The Jags currently rank as the fourth most difficult matchup for the position in our schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed metric. The matchup may not be encouraging, but Dulcich is simply seeing too much usage at a shallow position to not be considered for TE1 or streamer status in fantasy.

DEN TE Greg Dulcich - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. New York Jets
Greg Dulcich made his NFL debut in Week 6 and instantly got a 65% snap share with Albert Okwuegbunam relegated to a healthy inactive. Dulcich only saw three targets on 20 routes, but he did catch a long touchdown from Russell Wilson on a busted coverage. It certainly looks like the Broncos want Dulcich to be their TE1, and that alone makes him worthy of streaming consideration for those in need of help at the position with bye weeks entering the picture.
