Scouting report

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 19, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Divisional Round – Jacoby Jones vs. New England
Jacoby Jones had one catch for three yards and is coming off his worst statistical season since his second year in the league in 2008. His playing time is down, and unless you have a separate spot for a returner in your fantasy league, you should leave Jones off your fantasy roster.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 18, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Wildcard Weekend – Jacoby Jones vs. Pittsburgh
Jacoby Jones didn’t catch a pass last week against the Browns and he was outplayed over the course of the season by Marlon Brown and Kamar Aiken behind the Ravens starters at the WR position. I wouldn’t expect that to change this week, and unless Jones runs back a kick for a touchdown, he has little to no fantasy value.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 17, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 – Jacoby Jones vs. Cleveland
Jacoby Jones had two catches and 28 yards last week against the Texans. He’s been mostly used on special teams this year rather than as a receiver, and we expect that to continue this week against a tough Cleveland pass defense. Leave him on waivers.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 10, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 – Jacoby Jones vs. Tennessee
Jacoby Jones returned a kick for a touchdown last week against the Steelers, but it’s a lot to expect him to do that week-to-week, and he’s pretty much been relegated to the RS role only on a crowded Baltimore WR depth chart. Jones isn’t worth adding and should remain on waivers.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 – Jacoby Jones vs. Pittsburgh
Jacoby Jones didn’t catch a pass last week against the Bengals, and he really seems to be the odd man out in the receiving rotation with a crowded group of sub package receivers on the team, led by rookie Michael Campanaro. Jones should remain on waivers, as he’s primarily just a kick returner in Baltimore at this point.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 – Jacoby Jones vs. Cincinnati
Jacoby Jones wasn’t targeted last week and seems to have fallen even further down the depth chart as the Ravens have been splitting sub-package looks amongst Jones, Kamar Aiken, Marlon Brown, and Michael Campanaro. Until one of these guys emerges as a legit WR3 on the team, there’s no reason to expect any of them to emerge into quality fantasy options.

BAL WR Jacoby Jones - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 – Jacoby Jones vs. Atlanta
Jacoby Jones didn’t catch a pass last week against the Buc, but he did have a long, 58 yard kick return. He remains a threat in the return game, but seems to have been passed up on offense and was outproduced by younger targets again. He should remain on fantasy waivers.
