CHI WR Jakeem Grant - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Minnesota Vikings

Jakeem Grant has now scored three touchdowns in his past two games. While it's a nice little hot streak, it's also very difficult to maintain. Grant only caught a single pass last week off of three targets. Grant is a Hail Mary play in hopes he uses his speed to burn the top off a defense once in a game. It's possible he does that this week in a favorable matchup vs. the Vikings, but he's nothing more than a desperation play.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Jakeem Grant has caught two passes in each of his last three games. He showed some promise in Week 10, but since then he hasn't done a whole lot. Outside of DeVante Parker and maybe Lynn Bowden (in deeper leagues), there isn't really a Dolphins WR worth rostering in fantasy.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Cincinnati Bengals

There hasn't really been a wide receiver behind DeVante Parker to consistently put up production after Preston Williams' injury. Jakeem Grant showed some promise, but has now finished with 15 yards or less in two straight games. Grant also saw his playing time drop significantly last week going from 85% in Week 11 to 34% in Week 12. Grant is not a recommended play in Week 13 despite the favorable matchup.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at New York Jets

After a pair of nice games, Jakeem Grant finished 2-12 on six targets in Week 11. If Grant is able to be more consistent, then he offers some appeal as a speedster who can break a big play on any given week. But for now, he's a guy who hasn't topped 50 yards in any game this season. He's not really on the fantasy radar.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Denver Broncos

Jakeem Grant was the receiver who benefited the most in Preston Williams' absence. Grant had five targets (for the second game in a row) and finished 4-43-1 as a receiver. He played a season-high 76% of the offensive snaps, and along with DeVante Parker was the only WR to play 50% of the snaps or more. Grant can be viewed as a solid WR4 play this week against the Broncos.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Jakeem Grant had one of his more productive games last week, matching a season-high five targets and finishing 4-35. The speedster will get more opportunities moving forward with Preston Williams on injured reserve. Still, it's tough to trust someone who is only averaging 23.3 yards per game this season. Grant may see more playing time, but it's worth waiting and seeing which receivers emerge behind DeVante Parker this week, if any. Grant is a risky WR4 in Week 10 in a tough matchup against the Chargers.

MIA WR Jakeem Grant - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Arizona Cardinals

The Dolphins traded away Isaiah Ford, which may open the door for more snaps from speedster Jakeem Grant. But this is something that fantasy owners should take a wait-and-see approach on. We'll have to see just how this offense plays out before Grant becomes a viable fantasy option.
