DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Tennessee Titans
Jerry Jeudy emerges from the bye week coming off a strong WR2 finish in Week 8 where he posted a 6-63-1 line on seven targets. Jeudy's target share has steadily increased as the year has gone on, which unsurprisingly has coincided with a drop-off in production for Courtland Sutton. Jeudy has 33 targets over his last four games played compared to 27 for Sutton in the same span. It's too early to declare a permanent changing of the guard at the Broncos' WR1 spot (especially when Jeudy's 11 target game in Week 7 came with Brett Rypien starting at QB), but Jeudy has undeniably made up serious ground in the early-season usage gap and looks like a good flex play moving forward.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (London)
Jerry Jeudy had a nice showing with Brett Rypien under center in Week 7 with a 7-96-0 line on 11 targets. It looks like Russell Wilson will return in Week 8 which is good news for the offense as a whole, but could mean a drop off in production for Jeudy as Wilson has always seemed to prefer Courtland Sutton in his target distribution. Jeudy and the Broncos get a matchup with the Jaguars in London this week, and the Jacksonville defense grades out as a roughly average against opposing passing games. Jeudy falls into the flex range for Sunday morning's game.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. New York Jets
Jerry Jeudy led the Broncos with seven targets in Week 6, but suffered along with the rest of the Denver skill players as Russell Wilson managed only 15 passing yards in the second half and overtime combined. Despite the abysmal overall offensive performance by the Broncos, Jeudy's 54 receiving yards in Week 6 actually represents his second highest total of the season and the most he's logged since Week 1. At this point we know that Jeudy will be well behind Courtland Sutton with regard to target preference most weeks, but he has flashed big play ability on occasion and the offense is in desperate need of playmakers in its current state. Jeudy's role keeps him in the fantasy discussion, but he is a shaky starter at best given the usage disparity between he and Sutton, as well as Denver's general offensive struggles this year.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Los Angeles Chargers
It's been an inefficient 2022 for Jerry Jeudy as he has also taken a backseat to Courtland Sutton in the Broncos' offensive hierarchy. Jeudy currently has a brutal 1.69 yards per route run and has only earned a 17.7% target share from Russell Wilson through five weeks. Those kinds of numbers will not play in fantasy and Jeudy's fantasy rank would look much worse if he didn't somehow catch two touchdowns on the year, which is one more than Sutton has on far better usage and a third of the Broncos' total offensive touchdowns on the season. Jeudy did get eight targets in Week 5, but his final line of 3-53-0 leaves much to be desired. Jeudy can be started as a flex in deeper leagues, but the state of the Denver offense makes him a risky play these days.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Indianapolis Colts
Jerry Jeudy continues to see limited volume as the clear second option behind Courtland Sutton. Jeudy's 21 targets are 14 behind Sutton through four games, although Jeudy has missed part of a game due to injury and has kept his head above water with two receiving touchdowns mixed into his 11 receptions on the year. Jeudy's performance this year would normally only have him as a borderline fantasy starter, but the Broncos just lost Javonte Williams for the year, who had attracted the second most targets on the team before his injury. The Broncos could be forced to go more pass heavy with limited talent in the backfield, and Jeudy would stand to benefit from that in a big way as the clear second option with Albert Okwuegbunam having completely faded from relevance at tight end. The Colts are a mediocre matchup for Jeudy, making him a decent flex play this week on Thursday night.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Las Vegas Raiders
It's been a struggle for Jerry Jeudy through three games as he is again dealing with nagging injuries and looks to be a distant second behind Courtland Sutton in Russell Wilson's target hierarchy. Playing through a questionable tag due to shoulder and rib issues, Jeudy saw six targets compared to Sutton's 10 in Week 3, which he turned into two catches for 17 scoreless yards. The Broncos offense has not been good enough to support two starting fantasy receivers to this point in the season, and until we see something about that change Jeudy will be tough to trust as a fantasy starter with only a 16% target share and injury concerns.

DEN WR Jerry Jeudy - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. San Francisco 49ers
Jerry Jeudy has yet to practice for Week 3 as he deals with shoulder and rib issues after leaving last week's game early. Jeudy is a startable flex play if he's active, but the Denver injury report will have to be monitored into the weekend to verify that he's available for a tough matchup against the 49ers.
