Week 4 at Pittsburgh
Running for only 13 yards on 10 carries doesn’t bode well for Justin Forsett, who has yet to make an impact through three weeks of the season. He added four catches for 16 yards to his total, but he’s definitely been a disappointment thus far this year. He does continue to get the bulk of the work, however, getting most of the carries in a game that ended with Joe Flacco throwing the ball 49 times, which bodes well for a possible rebound.
This week, Forsett will face a Steelers defense that has been good against the run so far this season. Part of that has been matchups and a high-powered offense that keeps other teams passing, but part of it has been the improved play of the Pittsburgh front seven. Baltimore versus Pittsburgh is always a tough matchup though, and the Ravens will be trying to establish the run against a team missing their starting quarterback, giving Forsett some upside. Overall however, he’s been too disappointing so far to trust completely. He should be considered a low end RB2 this week.
