Jim Harbaugh said that Ladd McConkey (knee) is “working through a couple things.”

Fantasy Impact:

Harbaugh added and that the team will evaluate where he’s at as the week progresses. The post went on to say, when asked about the possibility of McConkey practicing this week, Harbaugh said, “We’ll see.” This certainly has a different tone it seems. Hopefully we get a clearer picture of McConkey's status for Week 14. The Chargers travel to KC for a Sunday night game, so owners are going to need some kind of backup plan if McConkey comes down to a game-time call and ends up not playing.

Week 17 at New England Patriots

Ladd McConkey continues to be the most productive skill position player on the Chargers with another 6 targets for 6 catches and 87 yards. It would really benefit Justin Herbert and the Chargers to target McConkey more than six times in a game, especially when spreading the ball to guys like Josh Palmer and Quentin Johnston isn't working out particularly well.

New England is tough against receivers, checking in at 8th aFPA against the position, but McConkey should be primarily in the slot and avoiding Christian Gonzalez. Regardless, McConkey is a WR2 even with the difficult matchup on paper. An easy start in any format.
