Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson officially Out for Week 13

Cowboys ruled out Jake Ferguson for the Thanksgiving game vs. the New York Giants due to his concussion. His replacement, once again, will be Luke Schoonmaker.

Fantasy Impact:

This was expected, but it could have been a nice matchup for the No. 2 pass-catcher. Schoonmaker is a little less exciting but is worth a TE stream for desperate managers.

Luke Schoonmaker surprisingly popped up with 10 targets without Jake Ferguson operating as the team's TE1, but it still only amounted to 8.6 half-PPR points. Unless he finds the end zone —which feels doubtful— those 8.6 points are assuredly his ceiling, as there are better TE streaming options in Week 12.
