PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at New York Giants
Miles Sanders now has three touchdowns over the past two games, but his rushing numbers were down on Sunday with only 10 carries for 24 yards after rushing for 143 yards the previous week. The Eagles offense has been pretty reliable for the most part this season and Sanders owners have benefitted.

Sanders faces the Giants who are ranked 11th in aFPA to running backs. Last season, he didn't get much action with only 17 carries combined, but he has been much more effective in 2022.

Start Sanders as a solid RB2 for Week 14 against New York. We expect him to get his touches back up and the touchdowns would be a bonus.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Tennessee Titans
Miles Sanders is coming off his best game of the season where he ended up with 24 touches for 160 total yards and two touchdowns. It was his second 100+ rushing yard game of the season and the second time he had 20+ carries.

Sanders will face a tougher battle this week against Tennessee who is ranked 3rd in aFPA to running backs. The fact that Sanders is getting plenty of touches keeps his stock up and even though we don't expect the total numbers he had last week with a tough matchup, he should still have a good game.

Start Sanders as a RB2 for Week 13. We expect 15+ touches and that should get him enough fantasy points to warrant his ranking.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Green Bay Packers
Miles Sanders had 13 carries for 47 yards last Sunday and was once agains absent in the Eagles running game. It has been puzzling why that has been the case this season as he only has one reception in the last four games.

Sanders faces the Packers on Sunday night. Green Bay is ranked 22nd in aFPA to running backs. It should be a good game for him if he gets 15+ touches.

Start Sanders as a high-end RB3 or Flex for Week 12. The lack of involvement in the passing game has kept his stock lower than expected but he still has fantasy value each week.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Indianapolis Colts
It was a ho-hum performance for Miles Sanders last Monday with 12 carries for 54 yards. It was his third straight game without a pass target which is surprising considering many thought he would be involved in the passing game. That really hasn't happened this season.

Sanders faces Indianapolis who is ranked 16th in aFPA to running backs. He has been consistent with his workload so don't expect more than 15 carries in game. That takes his fantasy stock down a notch, especially in PPR leagues.

Start Sanders as a solid RB2 for Week 11 as the Eagles should have some success this week and bounce back offensively after their hiccup last game.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Washington Commanders
Another strong day running the football for Miles Sanders as he carried the ball 17 times for 93 yards and scored a touchdown for the third straight game. He now has five touchdowns in the last five games after not scoring last season. The Eagles offense is really using Sanders much better this season and the results have been good.

Next up is Washington who is 5th in aFPA to running backs. Sanders only rushed for 46 yards in the first meeting between the two teams as the Commanders run defense has been good this season.

Start Sanders as a solid RB2 for Week 10. The matchup and earlier meeting dictates an average day for him the second time around this season.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Houston Texans
Miles Sanders only had nine touches on Sunday but it produced 78 yards, all on the ground and a touchdown for the second straight game. Considering the lack of touches in a game the Eagles had in hand, it still was a quality fantasy outing for Sanders.

Next up is the Texans who are a ranked dead-last in the NFL in aFPA to running backs. This should bode well for the Eagles and Sanders. However, beware of the issues teams have had with Thursday night games. Sanders will probably need more than 9 touches to have a good fantasy night so start him but only as a high-end RB2 for Week 9.

PHI RB Miles Sanders - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
Miles Sanders ran the ball 18 times for 71 yards and scored his third touchdown last week. He still is not getting involved in the passing game as much as he has in the past so that is hurting him in PPR leagues.

Sanders faces Pittsburgh who is ranked 17th in aFPA to running backs. There should be 15+ opportunities again for him as the Steelers have had issues late in games stopping the run.

Start Sanders as a RB2 for Week 8. This is pretty much where he has been most of the season and if he starts getting involved in the passing game, his stock would rise.
