Everything I’m hearing right now about the status of things with Colts RB Nyheim Hines indicates odds are good he will be traded by tomorrow’s deadline.

Fantasy Impact: 

Holder went to say say in this tweet the Colts haven’t got the offer they want just yet, but there’s a strong feeling they just might. This is a situation to watch. Hines' pass catching and change of pace ability could serve a team well down the stretch, while the Colts would likely elevate Jackson into the RB2 role after he stood out as the team's main back when Taylor was out. Lindsay could also move up to the team's RB3 spot.

Colts’ RBs Nyheim Hines (concussion) and Jonathan Taylor (ankle) both downgraded Sunday to out.

Fantasy Impact: 

Deon Jackson out-touched Phillip Lindsay 17-to-14 and ran twice as many routes in W5. Jackson out-snapped Lindsay 58% to 38%. Jackson wasn't particularly productive in college but he has a nice athletic profile per Player Profiler. Colts running back Jonathan Taylor has returned to practice today, a good sign for his chances to play Sunday vs. the Jaguars.

Fantasy Impact: 

It is unlikely that the team would be bringing Taylor back in anything other than a full-time workhorse role. He is safe to plug back in lineups, assuming he is a full-go on Friday.

Former Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay will be active for tonight's game in Denver, presumably operating in a backup role.

Fantasy Impact: 

There's no reason to assume that Hines wouldn't be the first person in the rotation, but Lindsay will be sure to get a fair share of touches. This doesn't make him viable in typical redraft leagues, but could be a play for TNF Showdown slates.
