Rober Herron caught two passes for 13 yards on three targets in Week 2. He did not record a catch in Week 1. After Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans there isn't a clear third receiving option in Tampa. Herron was only on 23 percent of the team's offensive plays in Week 2. He's not really worth a look in fantasy leagues.
