Scouting report

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 15, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15: Williams vs Eagles

It was rock bottom for Terrance Williams last week as he had zero targets and catches. The speedy receiver's snaps have even dwindled. Everyone enjoyed owning Williams early in the season, but his fantasy value has take a big hit now that he's not reaching the end zone.

Even against the Eagles, who are 29th in aFPA, sit Williams who has not been a factor the whole second half of the season.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14: Williams vs Bears

The numbers just have not been there for Terrance Williams, especially the last three weeks. He had six targets the last three games and has not scored a TD since Week 7. He was a good early season find when he was getting into the end zone, but has become irrelevant since.

Chicago is 20th in aFPA to wide receivers, so it's not an overwhelming advantage for the Cowboys receivers. Keep Williams on the bench for Week 14.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13: Williams vs Eagles

After a fast start to the season, Terrance Williams production has predictably slowed down. Last week, he had only one catch against the Giants and has only had three in the last three games. He has not scored a touchdown since Week 7 and is only seeing about five targets per game.

Williams has a great matchup against the Philadelphia defense which is 32nd in aFPA to wide receivers. But the production has been so poor lately, we simply can't trust Williams. He's a boom-or-bust flex play weekly. You probably have a better option now that the BYE weeks have passed.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12: Williams vs Giants

Terrance Williams had six touchdowns in the first seven games but has not sniffed the end zone the past three games. His targets have also gone down, less than four a game in a five-game stretch. One thing that has been noticeable is that Romo has started to go a back to one of his favorites - Jason Witten.

It's a tough matchup this week as the Giants are ranked 1st in aFPA to wide receivers so with the recent production and the Giants secondary, sit Williams for Week 12.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 10, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10: Williams vs Jaguars

Terrance Williams was another Cowboy that struggled with Tony Romo out. He only caught two passes for 19 yards last week against the Cardinals. The good news is Romo is expected to play, although the back will likely remain an issue for the QB all season.

The trip to London can be distracting, and the Cowboys are in a mini-slump right now. The matchup against the Jaguars is neutral as they rank 15th in aFPA to wide receivers. Williams only ranks a low-end WR3 or flex for Week 10 against the Jaguars. See if you have a better option on your roster until we see how Romo performs.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9: Williams vs Cardinals
Although Terrance Williams had six catches, he was held out of the end zone last week, one of the few times this season. His yardage numbers continue to be around 70 so that should be the expectation.

He will have a good matchup this week. Arizona is 31st in aFPA to wide receivers. It will probably help Williams if QB Tony Romo (back) plays this week, but if he doesn't, Williams is still is a serviceable WR3 or flex with six teams on bye.

DAL WR Terrance Williams - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8: Williams vs Redskins
Maybe Terrance Williams should change his name legally, because it seems the T stands for touchdown. He was back in the end zone again this week for his sixth score of the season. Even with all the talent on the field, Tony Romo has been gravitating towards Williams in the red zone.

The other numbers aren't great as that touchdown catch he had last week was his only catch. With a great matchup against a Redskins pass defense that is one of the worst in the league, Williams might be able to raise those numbers and still get in the end zone. Start him as a WR3 or flex for Week 8.
