NE QB Tom Brady - Week 14, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Houston

Tom Brady took full advantage of his soft Week 13 matchup, throwing for a 312 yards and his second consecutive three touchdown game. He also threw for two interceptions, bringing his season long total up to a lowly six. Brady's fantastic season and fantasy lines have continued, despite injuries to his top WR, TE, and RB.

This weekend he travels to Houston to face a stingy defense, ranked ninth in aFPA to opposing QBs. On the road in a tough matchup, we have Brady as a fringe top-5 option this weekend.

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs Philadelphia
Despite facing the stingiest aFPA matchup to QBs, Tom Brady had an excellent Week 12, throwing for a 280-3 line with no turnovers, ending a a slow (by Brady standards) three week stretch of sub-20 point fantasy outings. Brady finds easier sledding this weekend facing the 28th ranked aFPA matchup for QBs, comforting any concerns of how Brady might fare without his favorite target, Rob Gronkowski.

With a great matchup, playing at home and in the middle of a fantastic season, we have Brady as top three option this weekend, despite the rash of injuries to his supporting cast.

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Denver
Facing the fourth stingiest aFPA matchup for QBs without possession receiver Julian Edelman, Tom Brady posted a season low completion percentage of 52 percent (20 of 39) for only a 277-1-1 line in Week 11. In a fantastic season, his QB20 finish is his worst to date. Brady faces more tough sledding in Week 12, facing the stingiest aFPA matchup to QBs on the road. Missing some key offensive pieces, in a tough matchup, on the road, Brady should still be in almost every lineup. Most owners just don't have good enough alternatives to consider benching fantasy's top QB. Regardless of matchup, Brady has earned weekly consideration as a top-5 QB.

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs Buffalo

In Week 10 Tom Brady completed 26 of 42 passes for a solid 334-2-1 line. This brings his seasonal total already over 3,000 yards, sporting a supremely impressive 24:3 TD to INT ratio. In the middle of a fantastic season, Brady has now finished with around 18 fantasy points in back to back weeks. While those are his two worst fantasy outings, the fact some owners may view back to back 18 fantasy point outings as disappointments is telling of the season he is having.

Missing two big pieces of the early season offensive success this weekend, RB Dion Lewis and WR Julian Edelman, playing against the eighth stingiest QB matchup via our aFPA, Brady is still our top-ranked QB this weekend. Owners should continue to roll out fantasy's top QB on the season with complete confidence

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at New York Giants
Tom Brady had a solid outing last week, competing 26 of 39 on his way to a 299-2-1 line. The fact this is his first sub-20 points fantasy outing, and that his QB13 finish on the weekend is his lowest to date shows you just how good he's been this year. The loss of RB Dion Lewis may sting some, but facing the 29th ranked aFPA defense we're not overly concerned just yet. Brady is again our top QB option this weekend.

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs Washington

Tom Brady put up a strong 356-4 line in Week 8, good for QB3. He now has six finishes as a top-5 fantasy QB through his first seven games in 2015. Given that he is averaging a 385-2.86 line per game, and somehow has only one interception on the season, it's not surprising he is averaging over five PPG more than fantasy's QB2. Brady continues to be one of the most valuable fantasy assets of the season. Brady is in a really nice spot in Week 9 versus our 23rd ranked aFPA matchup to QBs. He is our top QB option on the week, and by a fair margin.

NE QB Tom Brady - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs Miami
Patriots HC Bill Belichick put together a creative game plan versus a stingy Jets defense in Week 7 that proved successful, with Brady completing 34 for 54 passes for a 355-2 (with a rushing touchdown) line on his way to a team victory. His QB2 finish on the week is his third top-2 finish, and fifth top-5 finish overall on the season. At this point, it shouldn't surprise anyone Brady tops our QB ranks, as he does this week.
