Amari Cooper finally had his second productive game as a member of the Buffalo Bills, but it did take him 14 targets to reach his 12.5 half-PPR points. That type of usage is a little too much to expect with any consistency, but the team could be in for another shootout against the Lions here in Week 15. If he and Josh Allen can connect on a few more opportunities, Cooper makes for an interesting WR3/4 play.
