Scouting report

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 – Jim Dray vs. Indianapolis Colts
With Jordan Cameron once again out of action last Sunday and Gary Barnidge eventually sidelined by broken ribs, Jim Dray operated as Cleveland’s primary tight end and caught three passes for 45 yards. We have no idea if this Dr. Dray will rob you in Compton and blast you in Miami, but he will not deliver useful fantasy statistics, especially with Cameron tentatively expected to return against the Colts.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 – Jim Dray at Atlanta Falcons
Jim Dray finished with a career-high 46 receiving yards in Week 11. In a way, it is a nice accomplishment but it also tells you why Dr. Dray, despite being a producer who can rap and control the maestro, has never been a key cog on successful fantasy teams. And he probably never will be.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 – Jim Dray vs. Houston Texans
Jim Dray failed to catch a pass in Week 10 and has 10 catches in nine games. We are pretty sure Compton and Long Beach are together in the belief that Dr. Dray is not going to play a key role for any victorious fantasy teams. Come to think of it, pretty much all of America shares that belief.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 10, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 – Jim Dray at Cincinnati Bengals
With the Browns expected to be without Jordan Cameron again this week, Jim Dray is slightly more important to the Cleveland offense. Of course, the key word is slightly. Dr. Dray hauled in one pass for 26 yards in Week 9. We can pretty safely say his diamonds won’t be shining and looking like he robbed Liberace.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 – Jim Dray vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The spotlight will be shining a little brighter on Jim Dray this weekend with Jordan Cameron out of action. Dr. Dray had two receptions for 27 yards in week eight, but has just nine receptions in seven games, making him a poor bet even with an expanded role. We don't believe Sunday will be "Dray Day" in Cleveland.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 – Jim Dray vs. Oakland Raiders
Jim Dray did not catch a pass in week seven. In fact, he did not receive a single target. Dr. Dray lacks any kind of fantasy respectability and that’s realer than real deal Holyfield.

CLE TE Jim Dray - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 – Jim Dray at Jacksonville Jaguars
Although Jim Dray had a 31-yard reception in Cleveland’s conquest of the Steelers in week 6, he remains a bit player behind Jordan Cameron. Dr. Dray is a chronic free agent who you should not let ride on your roster.
