Colts going back to Anthony Richardson at QB

Anthony Richardson started just 10 NFL games before being benched, but now returns and will be the starter for the rest of the season.

The Colts are adamant they have not given up on him, and coach Shane Steichen noted today he's seen Richardson make strides over the last two weeks.

Fantasy Impact:

Richardson blew up in the fantasy box score in Week 1 (26.1 points, three all-purpose touchdowns) but has been held under 12 points in his five other appearances. He should be kept on benches for now.

IND QB Joe Flacco - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Indianapolis Colts

So far, the switch to Joe Flacco hasn't worked out well for the Colts. That said, it was one game and against a strong Minnesota defense. But the Colts do need to start winning to justify the switch, since it was made purely on the Colts' chances of winning with Flacco versus Anthony Richardson and making a playoff push. Sunday is an important game for the 4-5 Colts. It's not an easy matchup for Flacco and the offense but not necessarily a very tough one either as Buffalo ranks in the middle of the pack against the pass. This could be a game, too, where the Colts try to make Jonathan Taylor a focal point of the gameplan. Flacco may be best-served on the bench this week as a low-end QB2.
