PHI RB Kenneth Gainwell - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. Arizona Cardinals
Kenneth Gainwell had a nice game with nine touches for 79 total yards. He continues to get, on average, 45% of the snaps so there are games when he can be a factor.

This week, the Cardinals come to town and have been bad defensively all season. However, not enough numbers each week to earn a starting spot. Keep Gainwell on the bench for Week 17.

PHI RB Kenneth Gainwell - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Dallas Cowboys
Kenneth Gainwell had been averaging playing about 33% of the snaps but that skyrocketed to 54% last week. He still only had seven touches and most of that was in the passing game as he ended up with 47 total yards.

Despite the jump in playing time, Gainwell is not a viable fantasy option for Week 14 and just provides depth on deep rosters.

Week 13 vs. San Franciso 49ers
Kenneth Gainwell continues to play about 35% of the snaps, but his touches continue to be low. He only had four although it did net him 36 total yards. Until we see more production, he should remain on the bench for depth or a collar for D'Andre Swift.

Week 7 vs. Miami Dolphins
Kenneth Gainwell had a season-low three touches last week even though he played 41% of the snaps. He just isn't involved in the offense when he is on the field from a fantasy standpoint,

The Dolphins defense isn't very good, but if the touches aren't there, Gainwell has little fantasy value. Keep him on the bench for Week 7.

Week 6 at New York Jets
Kenneth Gainwell has only 14 touches over the last two games. He is clearly the backup behind D'Andre Swift so his fantasy value is limited.

Gainwell has a favorable matchup against the Jets run defense, but he isn't involved in the offense enough to warrant fantasy consideration. Keep him on the bench for Week 6.

Week 5 at Los Angeles Rams
Kenneth Gainwell only had six touches and played a season-low 38% of snaps. D'Andre Swift has taken over as the main back for Philadelphia and that has relegated Gainwell to limited fantasy numbers.

The Rams have one of the best run defenses in the NFL in the early season. Considering the limited touches last week and the unfavorable matchup, Gainwell should remain on the bench for Week 5.

Week 4 vs. Washington Commanders
Kenneth Gainwell returned from injury and ended up with 15 touches for 48 yards. However, it is clear he is the backup now to D'Andre Swift. Still, he will score fantasy points if he gets the touches and playing time like last week.

Gainwell will face Washington who has an average run defense. However, we don't think he will do enough this week to warrant a start. Keep Gainwell on the bench for Week 4.
