Week 7 @ Washington Commanders
In a revitalized offense in Weeks 3-6, Chuba Hubbard has been afforded 88 opportunities and turned them into a massive 70+ point fantasy output. It certainly doesn't feel like much of a fluke with such a relatively large sample size, and Miles Sanders is such an afterthought that we shouldn't even consider him a hurdle. Hubbard is rolling right along as a high-end RB2, and he's going to cause a (good) problem for the team when Jonathon Brooks is slated to see his first action.

Week 5 @ Chicago Bears
In a revitalized offense in Weeks 3 and 4, Chuba Hubbard has been afforded 47 opportunities and turned them into a massive 45+ point fantasy output. We can't expect that every week for the new-look Panthers but he does find himself in another great spot against the Chicago Bears. Fire him up as an RB2 in Week 5.

Week 3 @ Las Vegas Raiders
Chuba Hubbard is a boring but probably needed addition to fantasy squads in the later rounds, particularly if you were employing a Zero RB build. While rookie Jonathon Brooks sidelined for much of the early portions of the season, Hubbard will provide a fringe RB2/3 option, and this Raiders matchup is no different.
