Week 2 vs. Buffalo Bills
Cody Latimer was second on the team with eight targets and 74 yards last week, even though he only caught three balls. Of the Giants receivers, Latimer showed the most promise as a big-play threat last week, catching a 43-yard pass. With Sterling Shepard iffy for Week 2 and rookie Darius Slayton also nicked up, it’s worth keeping an eye on Latimer to see if his role expands. He has a tough matchup this week against the Bill, so there’s no reason to have him in your lineup, but he’s worth a speculative roster addition in really deep leagues if you have a roster spot open.
Update: With Sterling Shepard out, Latimer could see an increase in targets, but he's still super risky and should probably stay on the bench.
