NYJ RB Zac Stacy - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs Buffalo
Zac Stacy only has four carries over the past two games, and even though he is getting some snaps, he is not a viable fantasy option for Week 10 or the near future.

NYJ RB Zac Stacy - 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Fantasy Upside
Zac Stacy has had some success in the NFL. He rushed for 973 yards his rookie season along with 8 touchdowns. He also was able to bring a power game to the Rams offense with his 5'9, 220 pound frame. Now with the Jets, Stacy has a good chance to be the No. 2 back in the New York and should be able to take advantage of that opportunity.

Fantasy Downside
Stacy lost his starting job last season in St. Louis. He only had 76 carries and was the Rams third-string running back by the end of the season. The biggest issue with him is he is not a big-play type back as the breakaway speed just isn't there.

Bottom Line
Stacy ranks 57th in our running back rankings. Chris Ivory will most likely win the job out of camp and that means Stacy will have to win the backup job over Stevan Ridley to get touches. We think he will, but the touches won't be enough to make him a fantasy factor in standard leagues.

STL RB Zac Stacy - Week 17, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17: Stacy vs. Seahawks
Zac Stacy rushed twice for six yards in the Rams' Week 16 loss to the Giants. It was Stacy's first carries since Week 13 when he got six carries in a blowout win over the Raiders. He has no fantasy value as St. Louis' No. 3 back behind Tre Mason and Benny Cunningham.

STL RB Zac Stacy - Week 16, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16: Stacy vs. Giants
Zac Stacy failed to record a carry in the Rams’ Week 15 loss to the Cardinals. The second-year back has completely fallen off the fantasy radar – leave him on your waiver wire.

STL RB Zac Stacy - Week 15, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15: Stacy vs. Cardinals
Zac Stacy didn't receive a carry last week as the Rams beat the Redskins 24-0 in Week 14. He's gone from starter to completely falling off the fantasy radar and should remain on your waiver wire.

STL RB Zac Stacy - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14: Stacy vs. Redskins
Zac Stacy rushed six times for 27 yards in the Rams’ Week 13 romp over the Raiders. It was interesting to see Stacy get six touches to Benny Cunningham’s two, but only because Cunningham has served as the Rams’ RB2 for the better part of a month. Regardless, Tre Mason is entrenched as St. Louis’ featured back which means limited opportunities for everyone else. Leave Stacy on your waiver wire.

STL RB Zac Stacy - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13: Stacy vs. Raiders
Zac Stacy failed to record a carry for the fourth straight game as the Rams fell to the Chargers in Week 12. Once a starter with RB2 appeal, Stacy has completely fallen off the fantasy map. Leave him on your waiver wire.
