DraftKings Week 6 GPP Breakdown
Week 5 Millionaire Maker winner Chenthai15 took down the grand prize with a strong lineup that took advantage of four players owned by under seven percent of the field.
Seven of his eight position players as well as his defense scored a TD, with three players scoring multiple TDs. Highlighting the importance of volume, his three RBs combined to average 29 touches.
In the space below, I'll focus on players I believe to be strong tournament plays based on their potential for high volume, multi-touchdown upside, and low projected ownership. I won't blurb the chalk plays (Tom Brady, Dion Lewis, DeAndre Hopkins, Julian Edelman, Larry Fitzgerald, Allen Robinson, Broncos, and Jets) -- they're all justifiable GPP options, but you won't take home big money by stuffing your entire lineup with chalk. Use chalk plays selectively, a few at a time, filling out the rest of your roster with players likely to be low-owned who have high-volume and multi-touchdown upside in their range of outcomes. As usual, I draw heavily from my Ownership Outlook column, and all the players I highlight below are players I believe you should have more exposure to than the field. Since who you fade can be just as important as who you play in a GPP, I've also added a "Fades" section at the end where I briefly highlight any highly-owned players that I believe you should have less exposure to than the field, or no exposure at all to.

Passing Game
Tom Brady and Julian Edelman are chalk plays for good reason this week, but Rob Gronkowski's ($7,600) ownership was only 12 percent on Thursday FanDuel slates, a third of Antonio Gates's. Recency bias looks to be in effect, as Gronk failed to reach the end zone the last two weeks, but did so 23 times over his last 20 games (including playoffs). The Colts rank 22nd in TE aFPA. I'd take advantage of Gates' high ownership and get some exposure to Gronk.
