Quarterbacks
Each week starts with the decision of whether or not to pay up for Lamar Jackson ($9,500). Against a Houston defense that was shredded by Patrick Mahomes on Thursday Night Football, Jackson’s high price tag is certainly justified. With the Ravens boasting the top implied total on the main slate (29.5), Jackson registers as 4for4’s top value at the position and is the preferred quarterback in optimal lineup projections. Salaries are loose enough this week to comfortably fit Jackson into lineups, but the main priority should be to get to the big two running backs (more on them shortly). The quarterbacks in the $8K range make that work.
