GPP Stacks, Fades and Leverage Plays: Week 11

Excluding Christian McCaffrey's rookie season with Jonathan Stewart, Cam Newton and McCaffrey have scored over 20 DK points in the same game in 44% of games played. The narrative regarding McCaffrey's lack of production with Newton pertains to touchdowns but not overall production. McCaffrey will continue to be heavily targeted and present a high floor on DraftKings.

Patrick Mahomes has five games with over 28 DraftKings points—in those games, he has 26 attempts of 20+ air yards with 14 completions for 474 yards, six touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. He has 22 such attempts, five completions for 127 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions in the other five games. Mahomes is directly linked to his ability to throw the ball downfield, and Dallas has not been tested down the field much this year.

Of the wide receivers with at least 40 targets, Deebo Samuel and Cooper Kupp are the only two averaging over three yards per route run. Samuel may lead the NFL in drops, but he is still getting the job done with the routes he is running.
