Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals was a live-betting nightmare.

After a blistering start that saw the Heat jump out to a 46-20 lead, the in-game line jumped to Heat -16. Boston bettors then saw another opportunity when Miami star Jimmy Butler was ruled out for the second half with a knee injury. After a strong run by Boston that cut the Miami lead to eight, the Celtics lost forward Jayson Tatum for a long period of time due to a shoulder injury. Tatum did return, but was not effective, and Miami held on for a critical 109-103 road win without their star player.
