The NBA takes center stage on Sunday with a number of marquee matchups spread throughout the afternoon and evening. As always on Sundays, my focus for the player props will be on the later games to give this as much shelf life as possible. My three favorite player props for today’s slate of games are outlined below.

Today’s NBA Player Prop Bets (February 26, 2023)

Nikola Vucevic Over 18.5 Points (-112 at FanDuel)

The Bulls have been a frustrating team to wager on this season, as they’ve consistently underperformed and underwhelmed, while simultaneously showing up in spots you don’t expect them to. Nikola Vucevic, however, has been rather consistent from a statistical standpoint, especially against teams you expect him to crush. Insert the Washington Wizards… without Kristaps Porzingis.

Daniel Gafford figures to get the majority of center minutes with Porzingis out, setting up for a massive Vucevic game as a matchup we’ve been attacking with centers all season. Vucevic also already had success in this same spot, producing 21 points in their last meeting.

Vucevic has also been on a tear recently, posting 19+ points in five of his last nine games while attempting at least 18 shots in two of his last three, with the outlier being their blowout of the Nets. Despite Porzingis being out, this game is still projected to stay rather close, so we should be looking at a full allotment of minutes and volume from Vucevic in a mouth-watering matchup.
