It’s early, but given the injuries to Cooper Kupp, Travis Kelce, and Jonathan Taylor, it’s apparently never too early.

Sam Howell, Commanders (vs. ARI)
In the 2023 preseason, Sam Howell posted an impressive 28-for-37 for 265 yards (7.16 YPA), three touchdowns, and zero interceptions, and added four runs for 25 yards. He secured the QB1 job in the process. Last season, the Cardinals yielded the ninth-most passing yards and the second-most passing touchdowns to the opposition.
