As always, the recommended additions will be available in more than 40% of Yahoo leagues, while the Drop List will consist of players rostered in at least 50% of leagues.

The Overall Top 10 is prioritized by relatively standard league and roster construction, with room for adjustment based on your individual situation. In a vacuum, this would be the order I would prioritize waiver claims heading into Week 9.
