Bears Beat: Signs point to QB Mitchell Trubisky not playing Week 12

As of right now, plenty of signs are pointing toward a Chase Daniel start on Thanksgiving day.

Fantasy Impact:

Opinions seem to be all over the place about Trubisky's status. The Bears will have a walk-through Wednesday before their flight to Detroit. But, Trubisky didn't practice Tuesday because of his shoulder. With Daniel possibly under center, it could mean the Bears turn to more of a rushing attack and it's a downgrade for the passing game.

Fantasy Impact:

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith officially Out for Week 12

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
