The Chicago Bears placed kicker Robbie Gould on injured reserve with a calf injury and replaced him with 16-year veteran Olindo Mare on Tuesday.
Gould suffered the injury during pregame warmups on Sunday before the Bears' 21-14 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Punter Adam Podlesh handled kickoffs and the Bears did not attempt a field goal, although Gould did convert two extra-point attempts.
Fantasy Impact:
Mare last played for the Carolina Panthers in 2011, connecting on 22-of-28 field goals.
