Bengals’ WR AJ Green signed his franchise tender today.

Fantasy Impact:

After missing the 2019 season, Green enters 2020 looking to return to an upper-tier WR in fantasy. He played nine games in 2018, finishing with 46/694/6. The signing is good news for rookie QB Joe Burrow, who has another legitimate receiver to target.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
