Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who sustained a concussion in Sunday’s 23-7 loss to Baltimore, will have to clear several hurdles to start Sunday at Pittsburgh. But it is possible.
“Your progression through the return-to-play protocol is based on your symptoms,” said Dr. Casey Batten, director of primary care sports medicine at Cedars-Sinai’s Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles.
If Bridgewater’s symptoms subside throughout the week and he is cleared by multiple physicians and medical personnel, he could play.

The article is more of a "what if" piece. The doctor quoted has not evaluated Bridgewater, but the point for fantasy owners is there is a path for Bridgewater to play this week, and owners will have to follow closely. If he can't go, Lock would get the start.
