Bucs wide receiver Antonio Bryant can't commit yet to playing in Sunday's home game against the Giants, he said today.
Bryant, who is dealing with the afteraffects of an August knee surgery, described his condition as a "bone bruise." Time might be only effective treatment.
"It's all about taking hits on it or the bone colliding with the other bone," Bryant said. "I'm gonna play tough, so it's just a matter of letting it heal and taking away that (pain)."
Bryant watched the game from Tampa after skipping the trip to receive treatment on his knee and struggled to see what unfolded.
"It's frustrating because I know what I can help my team do: open up some looks for some guys," he said. "But I can't even run out there. I can't go full speed."
