Fantasy Impact:

Cooper came off the COVID list and reported back to the Cowboys on Monday. But Cooper didn't practice on Monday. He'll have a couple of days to get up to speed before Thursday's game against the Saints. The Cowboys offense should be back to full strength as CeeDee Lamb is also expected back from a concussion.
