Eagles TE Dallas Goedert does not have broken arm

Dallas Goedert walked along the sideline, heading for the locker room with an Eagles trainer alongside him on Saturday. On his way into the tunnel, he offered up a high five to a nearby fan, smiled and seemed to be in good spirits.

All good, right?

By sundown, Eagles fans on Twitter had taken to speculation — created in the social media verse — that the injury was far more severe than it seemed, that Goedert might've broken his arm.

(Spoiler alert: He didn't.)

Fantasy Impact:

Goedert joked he had the inside scoop and said people can think what they want about his injury. The story went on to say he'll be back in a day or two and it's just a minor bump on his elbow.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith officially Out for Week 12

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
