Eagles TE Zach Ertz to get more tests on ribs

Eagles coach Doug Pederson said Zach Ertz has a rib injury that needs more tests today.

Fantasy Impact:

He came back for the entire second half after leaving the game in the second quarter, the tweet said. Reports from after the game made it seem like Ertz was in a lot of pain but he wanted to finish the game. Goedert had a big day with over 90 yards and a TD. He's worth picking up if on wires, even if it's a backup plan.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
