Rookie Percy Harvin feels like a natural operating in the team's version of the Wildcat offense.
"It's tremendous fun," he said. "We've been putting it in since OTAs. Just flirting around with it. Don't know if we're going to use it yet."
The Vikings didn't showcase any bombs or overly tricky plays, but they still got rousing ovations from fans, who were clearly pumped by the possibilities, especially by highlighting Harvin.
"It's a work in progress. But I've been doing it for a long time, so I'm pretty comfortable with it," Harvin said.
Everyone knows he can run it and hand it off. But can he throw it?
"I can throw it out there," he said with a smile. "It won't be a perfect spiral, but I can get it there."
