The Jaguars didn’t get the win on Sunday, but on a positive note quarterback Trevor Lawrence got through the game just fine.
“I felt pretty good, all things considered,” Lawrence said in his postgame press conference. “That was a positive out of today. I guess that’s the only one. I didn’t re-injure my ankle, or tweak or anything. I felt pretty good. It held up. I was able to move when needed. It was good.”
As the story said, Lawrence kept his starting streak alive. He was, of course, dealing with a high ankle sprain after a Monday night game. Lawrence finished Week 14 by going 28-of-50 for 257 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions. While the Jags probably didn't want him to throw 50 times, and the three picks were ideal for fantasy owners, it looks like Lawrence will be good to go for owners who need him in the upcoming fantasy playoffs.
