If and when he comes out of concussion protocol, Robert Saleh said Zach Wilson be the team's starting QB.

Saleh tells reporters Wilson could start if he doesn't practice, which could be the case depending on when he would get cleared from concussion protocol. The post went on to say if Wilson doesn't pass protocol, Siemian will start. There continues to be rumors Rodgers will get cleared to play, but reports have surfaced that those in the organization see no reason to put Rodgers on the field this season.
