Not that there was much suspense, but it's safe to say Calvin Johnson's a lock to play Sunday. The Lions released receiver John Standeford on Saturday, and he'd been serving as the fourth receiver while Johnson was sidelined the last few weeks.
The Lions replaced Standeford on the roster by signing defensive tackle Joe Cohen from the practice squad. Cohen's a 6-2, 310-pound former fourth-round pick (in 2007, by the 49ers) who was signed to the practice squad a few weeks ago. He'd been released by Oakland on Aug. 31.
