Rams hoping to work with RB Cam Akers

The Rams are working with Cam Akers' agent in hopes he'll play for them again this season, per sources.

Fantasy Impact:

Akers has been inactive the past two games for what the team called personal reasons. Pelissero included in his tweet that the Rams turned down multiple offers for Akers before Tuesday's trade deadline. This will only further muddy the Rams RB situation. Henderson, Brown and Rivers have been getting work to this point but no one has stood out. Williams is poised to return and could end up the one having some fantasy value, but right now this is a situation to stay away from unless we get more clarity.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.
