Rams RB Malcolm Brown injures shoulder

The Los Angeles Rams made both Justin Davis and John Kelly inactive on Sunday, dressing only two running backs against the Detroit Lions. Unfortunately, the already minimal depth was hurt in the first half as Malcolm Brown suffered a shoulder injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Brown left the game in the second quarter and shortly after the break, he was ruled out for the rest of the game. Brown usually doesn't see a lot of work, but he's a potential, key handcuff for Gurley owners, so it's a situation to monitor for the fantasy playoffs.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith officially Out for Week 12

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
