Redskins RB Adrian Peterson tells me his MRI showed he has a grade 1 high ankle sprain & a grade 2 low ankle sprain.

Peterson also said, “I’m good,” according to the tweet. AP likely wants to play in this game bad, but that remains to be seen. Smallwood could end up with a big workload if AP is ruled out. Thompson has a turf toe injury.
