Report: Fred Jackson wrecks car in drag race

TMZ was first to report that a drag race outside the Seahawks’ training facility between running backs Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch ended with Jackson wrecking his Corvette, first into a planter box and then into a stop sign.

There’s proof of that, too. That stop sign is at the corner of Seahawks Way and Lake Washington Boulevard, not far from the facility.

TMZ cited a witness who said Jackson and Lynch were racing as they left practice. After Jackson wrecked, teammates including Richard Sherman and team staffers reportedly came to his aid.

Fantasy Impact:

TMZ reports Jackson was taken back to the Seahawks facility but there is no word on whether or not he was injured.
