After getting Carlos Hyde back on the field last week, the Seahawks welcomed the return of Chris Carson to the practice field Tuesday as the team’s running back position appears on track to get back to normal for the first time in a month.

Coach Pete Carroll said Carson was able to do “all the regular practice stuff’’ on Tuesday in what was his most significant work since suffering a mid-foot sprain against Arizona on Oct. 25, calling it “a good sign,’’ the story said. Carson has missed the last four games, during which time Seattle gave two starts at tailback to rookie Dallas and one each to Collins and Hyde. With everyone getting healthy, Dallas and Collins take a hit on the depth chart.

According to the rest of the tweet, Murray said his rest today was all precautionary. Sounds like he expects to play Sunday in New England. In another report from earlier today, Murray was seen rehabbing on the sideline.

Murray is dealing with a throwing shoulder injury. Urban said in another tweet that Murray is still speaking with the media after practice, which is usually a good sign. We'll have to wait until at least Wednesday for the official injury report, and maybe beyond that for Murray's official status, but reading into Urban's tweet about speaking to the media it seems he thinks Murray is on track to play in Week 12.

Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray said his shoulder was good after he appeared to hurt it in last Thursday’s loss to the Seahawks, but head coach Kliff Kingsbury wants to see Murray in practice before making any proclamations about the quarterback’s condition.

“We’ll see how he feels tomorrow when we get out on the grass and see where we’re at practice-wise if we need to make any adjustments or if he can cut it loose,” Kingsbury said, via Tyler Drake of 98.7 Arizona Sports.

Kingsbury said that Murray is “working through” his shoulder issue and the team will see how practice goes on Tuesday before deciding if they need to alter anything about his workload this week, the story said. The Cards play in New England on Sunday.

HC Pete Carroll said he thinks Carlos Hyde is going to make it back for Thursday night's game.

The same tweet said Carroll doesn't know about Carson. Hyde was scheduled to practice on Monday on a short week. "Chris is working to get back," Carroll said. "He’s trying to make it. Carlos is a little bit ahead of him now." Collins ran for an 11-43-1 line last week while Dallas got just two carries and two receptions. Homer had three catches. Seems like Hyde could take over as the lead back if he plays against the Cardinals on Thursday.
