Bills standout TE Dawson Knox, out tonight with a wrist injury that requires surgery, is likely to be placed on Injured Reserve. That would knock him out four games.

This has made Kincaid a popular waiver wire target ahead of Week 8, and for good reason, after he caught eight balls for 75 yards with Knox limited the week prior. Kincaid should be scooped in whatever leagues he is still available in.

There is no timeline for Knox. But any time missed should be good news for Kincaid owners. Kinkaid is coming of an 8-75-0 line where he was targeted eight times, second only to Stefon Diggs. It was his best fantasy production of the season, second to a 5-43-0 line back on Sept. 17. In more shallow leagues, Kincaid could be on your waiver wire.

Bills QB Josh Allen (right shoulder) is off the injury report and good to go Sunday vs. the Patriots.

Allen should be started everywhere in a game the Bills are expected to win handedly.

It's more likely that Murray continues to take over the early-and-goal-line role than it is that Cook gets a boost in those areas. The Bills have made it clear that they would like to keep the 190-pound running back out of harm's way, as he only has three of the team's 15 rushing attempts from within the opponent's five-yard line. Murray's role should put him in consideration as an RB3 option, as the team is currently 8.5-point favorites against the Patriots.

We'll keep an eye on this, but this is the first report of him being limited this week. Kyle Allen is the only other quarterback on the active roster at the moment.

Sunday night’s game was stopped for several minutes in the first half after Bills running back Damien Harris was injured on a short run.

Harris suffered a neck injury after being hit by Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke and he was loaded on a backboard before being taken off the field by an ambulance.

Harris was able to flash a thumbs up before leaving the field and the Bills announced that he had movement in his arms and legs shortly after the injury.

Bills QB Josh Allen said he'll be ok after right shoulder injury.

Allen went into the blue tent on SNF but would emerge and finish the game. Rapoport said Allen the team kind of blew off the injury. More scans are in store for Allen but he would appear to be OK at this point. Obviously he'll be worth monitoring this week just in case. The Bills have an early Sunday game on the road against the Patriots in Week 7.

Dalton Kincaid (80) and Dawson Knox (70) currently lead the team in routes ran out of the slot on the season, so if they both miss, they're going to need someone to step up in 3WR sets. Gabe Davis is playing far less out of the slot than he did earlier in his career, but has the requisite size to perform as the "big slot" if they need him to revert back into that player. He ran a season-high 34.8% of his routes out of the slot back in Week 4 during their 48-20 blowout win over the Dolphins.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott told reporters on a Monday video conference that Dalton Kincaid is in the concussion protocol and that Dawson Knox has a wrist injury.

McDermott said the team will monitor both players as they move toward their Sunday night game against the Giants in Week 6. Kincaid was cleared to return to the game, the story said, but will now enter protocol.
