Titans WR Nate Washington vowed to treat his right hamstring injury with an aggressive rehabilitation schedule, but isn't sure when he'll be able to return to action.
"I'm not going to be complacent with this injury," he said on Tuesday.
An MRI on Washington's hamstring Monday night revealed no major damage, but he's expected to miss the final preseason games — Saturday at Cleveland and Sept. 3 against Green Bay.
As for the possibility of missing the regular season opener on Sept. 10 against the Steelers, the team he played for the past four seasons, Washington said: "I'd be very disappointed. It's something that I've worked very hard for. To miss that game would be big for me."
